Michael Dyrlund

Michael has a degree from Danske Bank Akademi, where he studied Investment and Finance. Additionally, Michael holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Michael has previous experience from FSP Pension (2002-2012), Danske Capital (1998-2002) and Danske Bank (1989-1998). Michael was hired at Vækstfonden in January 2013. Michael is a board member of Seed Capital II-III, EQT Ventures, Axcel V, Industri Udvikling IV, Sunstone Tech Ventures I-IV, Sunstone Progression Alpha, Erhvervsinvest I-II, IK Investment Partners VII.

Ole Hauskov

Ole holds a BA in Economics from Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from NIMBAS/Bradford. Additionally, Ole has attended Executive courses from IMD. Ole has previous experience from ABN Ambro Bank (1991-1994), ABN AMRO Capital (1991-2001) and 3i (2001-2004), Clearwater International (2004-2012) and Dansk Merchant Capital (2012-2015). Ole was hired at Vækstfonden in April of 2015. Ole is a board member of Maj Invest IV-V, Catacap I-II, Den Sociale Kapitalfond, Gro Capital II, NCP-IVS III, Balderton Liquidity I, Balderton Liquidity VI (observer), and Polaris Private Equity IV (observer).

Søren M. Rasmussen

Søren holds a cand.merc in Economics & Accounting from Aarhus Business School. Additionally, he has attended courses from INSEAD. Søren has previous experience from Nordea Corporate Finance (2000-2012). Søren was hired at Vækstfonden in January 2013. Søren is a board member of Polaris Private Equity IV, FSN Capital IV-V, CataCap I-II (observer), Capidea Kapital II-III, Dansk Klimafondsbase, NCP-IVS III, Sunstone Life Science Ventures Fund I-III, Verdane-NVP, Verdane Edda, byFounders (observer), Axcel V (observer), Sofinova Capital IX, Gilde Healthcare IV.

Lars Nordal Jensen

Lars holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy & Economics and a master's of Political Science from the University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Lars has attended executive courses from Harvard Business School and London School of Economics. Lars has previous experience from Vækstfonden (2012-2018), Erhvervs- og Byggestyrelsen (2009-2012) og Udenrigsministeriet (2004-2007). Lars was hired at Vækstfonden in August 2012.

Otto Bjerg Hausgaard

Otto has had a long career within venture financing and venture financed start-ups. Both as part of the managament in startups, as well as an investor in early venture financed companies. Otto is part of Vækstfonden's Business Angel team and works out of the office in Aarhus. Otto has a commercial and legal background as cand.merc.jur, and has a great amount of experience with co-investment with venture funds and business angels.

Peter Bo

Peter holds an HD-degree from Copenhagen Business School. Peter has previous experience from Finanstilsynet, Mezzanin Kapital A/S and Svenska Handelsbanken. Peter has been working at Vækstfonden since 2010.

Susanne Bjerregaard Eskildsen

Susanne holds a master's degree in Finance & International Business from Aarhus Business School. Susanne has worked with investments and has held the title of portfolio manager within a capital fund. Susanne has been working at Vækstfonden since 2017.

Nicklas Jensen

Nicklas holds a master's degree in Finance & Investment from Copenhagen Business School. Nicklas has previous experience working for A.P. Møller - Mærsk Group (2015-2016). Nicklas was hired at Vækstfonden in January 2017.

Anne Sophie Vinther Hansen

Anne Sophie holds two master's degrees - cand.scient.bioteknologi from Copenhagen University and cand.merc.bio from Copenhagen Business School. Additionally, Anne Sophie holds an executive degree in Corporate Finance from London Business School. Anne Sophie has previous experience from A.P. Møller-Mærsk (2018-2020), Syddansk Innovation (2017-2018) and as a CEO and founder of a technical start-up (2014-2017). Anne Sophie was hired at Vækstfonden in August 2020.

Alexander Knudsen

Alexander holds a master's degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School. He has previous experience from Rambøll, where he worked at the Corporate Finance department. Alexander was hired at Vækstfonden in May 2019.

Frederik Runge von Bennigsen

Frederik holds a master's degree in Finance & Investment from Copenhagen Business School. Frederik has previous experience from A.P. Møller Holding and PreSeed Ventures. Frederik was hired at Vækstfonden in May 2020.

Jane Vanting Dannesøe

Jane has an HD-degree in Accounting & Financial Management from Copenhagen Business School. She has previous experience from FIH Erhvervsbank and Euler Hermes. Jane was hired at Vækstfonden in April 2016 and switched over to VF Fund of Funds in April 2019.

Linda Ravn

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in English and Italian from Aarhus School of Business, an HD-degree in Organization & Management, as well as a master's in Intercultural Management from Copenhagen Business School. Linda has previous experience from Aalborg Portland, Siemens and Maersk Oil and Gas. She was hired at Vækstfonden as a Management Assistant in 2016.

Lene Franck

Lene holds a degree as an Office Assistant and has previously worked as an assistant in Rønnede Municipality, and as a secretary at ICL Sorbus. Lene has had a long career within Vækstfonden, and was hired in 1998.

Oline Trolle Otterstad

Oline is a student of a B.Sc. in Business Administration & Service Management at Copenhagen Business School and is planning to graduate in 2023. Additionally, she holds two years of experience from the bachelor's degree in Business, Language & Culture from Copenhagen Business School (2018-2020). Oline was hired at Vækstfonden in 2021.
